snowmobiles are running automobile engines

The loud and polluting snowmobiles were banned several years ago. Only the ones that meat noise and emissions standards are allowed in the park. In the summer over ten thousand unregulated automobiles are allowed in the park and you don't even mention the truly loud and polluting vehicles and the shear numbers that are allowed in the summer.

If you want peace and tranquility in the park then go visit it in the winter as it is much quieter than the summer and the geysers even emit far more pollutants than the snowmobiles do.

The Correct Number Would Be Zero

But we can't expect much of a fascist administration that cares only about money and business. Let's see if Obama is worth anything on this issue.
