The information about downwind of Chernobyl, if true, is certainly thought provoking.  I'd sure want to know who's finding that and what their    parameters and criteria were before I started quoting it.  I'm always hearing about what a wonderful thing the pipeline's been for the caribou.  And I remember when nukes would make electricity "to cheap to meter".
