				<p><strong>Nukes as an answer</strong></p><p>The information about downwind of Chernobyl, if true, is certainly thought provoking. &nbsp;I'd sure want to know who's finding that and what their &nbsp; &nbsp;parameters and criteria were before I started quoting it. &nbsp;I'm always hearing about what a wonderful thing the pipeline's been for the caribou. &nbsp;And I remember when nukes would make electricity "to cheap to meter". &nbsp;</p>
