				<p><strong>Most Disturbing<p>What makes Sajida's death (and the illness and deaths of her neighbors) more tragic is the Bisasar Road Dump is hailed as "environmentally friendly" AND is a SOURCE OF CARBON CREDITS.<p>
The World Bank and S. African government are . . . well I can't say anything nice. . .culpable.<p>
