				<p><strong> Wall street priced in even higher profits.</strong></p><p>&nbsp; The stock behavior is perfectly rational. The stock price was already sky high because it was assumed high oil prices would need much higher profits. If I had purchased Exxon shares last week, in anticipation of a really big increase in dividends I would be disappointed (and poorer as a result).</p>
