				<p><strong>Whole Foods / Wild Oats merger problem</strong></p><p>BREAKING NEWS: &nbsp;I think whole foods purchasing wildoats markets may be good but only if they can eliminate the legal problems they have with Wildoats defending their lawsuit by a major firm regarding who owns the intellectual rights to "HenrysFarmersMarket.com domain.. A Chicago U.S. court has openly disclosed it has come to surface that Wildoats Markets may not have complete control of the domain name "HenrysFarmersMarket.com and it has just begun legal action....BIG PROBLEM for this merger/purchase by Whole Foods.</p>
