Never in our history has it been more important to put an assertive and educated person in the top position for the Energy and Commerce Committee.

I understand that House Oversight and Government Reform Chairman Henry A. Waxman. I know of his skills and honest dedication for finding real answers to our global warming issues through a colleague of mine in the Audubon Society.

It seems that his credentials should be seriously considered for this position if there are real headways to be made in the area of climate legislation and reducing emissions.
