With the tremendous growth, acceptance and demand for organic products, enforcement of high standards will become much more problematic.  There are always people who are willing to bend the rules to make a quick buck.  As demand grows, more products will be imported from other countries where standards are much more difficut to monitor and enforce.  Hopefully, the industry will come up with some solutions so that we are able to trust the products that are labeled "organic".

Wal-Mart probably does not as an enity 'get it' about Organic. They have obviously found out people want it and they want the bucks. It seem that it is on a mission to put any private business that they can ,out of business.
