				<p><strong>Holy Cow</strong></p><p>I started writing "where was this man in 2000," but then I realized that he was there the whole time. The media got into the rut of "he's stiff and boring" and didn't get out of it.</p><p>
The more I learn about Gore, the more I think that he's the type of guy I'd follow to the ends of the earth. He's intelligent, idealistic and charismatic, but also very grounded and committed to his family and making things better for everybody.</p><p>
However, I'm afraid that, like his daughter says in the video, he's not compatible with contemporary politics. And that's fine. I trust him to be where he can do the most good.</p>
