				<p><strong>Greening the economy</strong></p><p>This is great news mainly for very skilled technical labor. &nbsp;The challenge is to train an under-skilled work force in green jobs who have lost their jobs to corporations off-shore labor practices. &nbsp;We in North Carolina find this a particular challenge, especially with the growing gap between rich and poor, well-educated and poorly educated.
