Housing tracts are now small farm tracts.&nbsp; Instead of non productive
2200 sq ft lots, each home has 2 acres of arable land.&nbsp;&nbsp; The stay at
home dad and the telecommuting mom both fund the household.&nbsp;&nbsp; People
build and create goods, and can feed themselves as well as trade at the
market.&nbsp;&nbsp; There is still the mall and the theatre, but WiMax and
hydrogen generators let us live loosely coupled with the utilities.</br></strong></p></strong></p></p></a></p></p>
