				<p><strong>Huh, first published more than a half century ago<p>Is history doomed to repeat itself even in the information age? I would have guessed that in the more distant past, lessons learned were easily lost with time because clay tablets, scrolls and eventually books were rare and fragile. That isn't the case today. So maybe it's more complicated than that.
