Glorious Galactic!

Anyone in the Twin Cities area should definitely order Galactic. The Pizza is delicious and vegan and vegetarian friendly with lots of choices. Eating there is awesome, too! They support other local businesses, too. And, you must try the rootbeer!

bad vegan diet

Although I appreciate what 1monthchallenge.com is trying to convey, Adam appears to eat quite poorly for a vegan. He mostly eats fruit smoothies, Cliff bars and other processed soy products. No wonder he's tired all the time.

Throw in some greens

Everybody, not just vegans/vegetarians, can benefit from more green leafly vegetables like spinich, kale and chard. They have lots of iron and calcium-good for athletes. You can add them really easily to pasta sauce and stir fries. We always keep a frozen bag of spinich to add to our creations.
