				<p><strong>California Dreaming</strong></p><p>Romm pulls more arbitrairy numbers out of the ether, and the faithful snap them up - while forgetting to mention that the California budget has collapsed and that they were the first state to have to go to the federal government begging for 7 billion to keep the state running. &nbsp;And this with a population that they are already taxing the hell out of.</p>
