Green Gingerbread House Old Hat

My 7 year old made an exact copy of my neihbors' green house last year already, complete with solar panels and geothermal heat replicas. When his teacher asked "Excactly what kind of house is this?" it gave us the opportunity to talk about being green.

The other houses, more photos, etc.

Some of the photos we took didn't turn out well because of problems with the depth of field. We're going to try to take some new photos and maybe put up a link to a Flikr gallery or something like that eventually.

More Photos

Yes, we have another photo session lined up, in daylight. The first one was plagued with lighting issues as well as shallow depth of field (I didn't actually realize I was shooting "for publication" until I got there!).
