				<p><strong>taking the hint</strong></p><p>This kind of accident has long been foreseen and feared, from novels to serious work on hazardous materials transport, particularly in urban areas. &nbsp;It is unlikely that there will be a serious response by the current administration but environmental/sustainable folks might have some good thoughts on the problems of very high concentrations of energy or toxic materials (or both) as a strategic/civil defense and environmental justice, hazards exposture issue.</p>
