...but 196kw isn't all that much compared to how much that stadium probably uses.

Phoenix gets an average 6.5 hours of usable solar a day. That's 465,010 kWh per year.  

Fair amount of electricity.  And going into the grid when Phoenix needs it most to run AC.

The stadium probably uses a lot of power when it's in use.  Wonder how frequently they turn on the lights, power up the AC full tilt?
