				<p><strong>I couldn't agree more<p>which is why I think a plant-based diet is the way to go- animal agriculture and especially sea food represents the worst forms of environmental destruction just about everywhere on the planet. Anyone who considers themselves an environmentalist should look at their diet before any of their other behaviors.<p>

				<p><strong>Buy local</strong></p><p>This seems like yet another reason that buying local, non-organic food (including milk) is more environmentally friendly than buying organic food that has been shipped (and that the end-user potentially cannot monitor the production of). &nbsp;Fortunately, milk is one of those foods that is locally produced in many communities; it's usually easier to buy locally produced milk than, say, oranges.</p>
