				<p><strong>no big deal</strong></p><p>I don't see what the big deal is. In the SOTU Bush promised to reduce our oil imports by X barrels of Middle Eastern oil. Now he's promising to reduce oil imports by X barrels of any oil. He still means the 75% and the 2025, it's just the "Middle East" he changed.</p>
