				<p><strong>Save the Whales...for Dinner?!</strong></p><p>Within the Slow Food article, right below the Save The Whales Ad, there is a statement about the only way to save the whales is to eat them. While I understand the logic of supply and demand, animals are not on this earth for our consumption. People need to realize this and change their attitudes and actions. </p>

				<p><strong>No whales here</strong></p><p>Hello? &nbsp;There is nothing in the article about eating whales. &nbsp;Slow Food promotes reviving heritage breeds of domestic livestock, ones that can be bred humanely and sustainably in natural conditions rather than crammed into buildings and feedlots at factory farms. &nbsp;It's admirable that you have chosen vegetarianism, but you read the article wrong.</p>

				<p><strong>SLOW FOOD and whales</strong></p><p>You're absolutely right Lauri, thanks for your comment. &nbsp;"You have to eat them to save them. . . ." referred to endangered FOODS, not all mamals. &nbsp;Panthers or gorrillas may be endangered but we certainly don't want to eat them!<br>
