				<p><strong>Offshore?</strong></p><p>What we'll really need to do offshore is take the salt etc. out of that water and ship it to where they want to process the oil shale.</p><p>
In Colorado they're going to run out of water to extract the oil before any of it gets to your gasoline tank.</p>
