				<p><strong>Canada</strong></p><p>i love when anything canadian comes up on grist, it sounds so uptopian. it's not, but that's okay, we now have a now corrupt conservative government, but their so concerned about staying in power, that they're passing all sorts of progressive environmental laws. </p>
