I would rather say that "information" dissolves the questions.</p><p>
But, the interesting thing about the deglobalization is that information no longer equals "Internet" or web page.</p><p>
With localization you can do stuff like go down to the farmer and ask...or better yet, see what they are doing.</p><p>
We need to re-energize 3-D informatics (translation: talking to people and stuff).</br></p>
