				<p><strong>Every Home Should Provide Its Own Power</strong></p><p>There's absolutely no excuse for allowing homes to be built without solar collectors on their roofs and wind generators in their yards. &nbsp;If people are going to consume electricity, they should at least be required to provide as much of their own as possible, and in as environmentally friendly of a manner as possible.</p>
