				<p><strong>I guess, Odo,</strong></p><p>we're supposed to feel happy because public opinion is closer to the truth than we thought it might be.</p><p>
But my instinct is that public opinion on these subjects is extraordinarily fluid and malleable. It's not a substantial barrier to change. It's not what's been preventing decent leadership.
