Perhaps congress will take the cue from the new president-elect who will NOT be drilling in the wilderness and defeat this really bad idea to build a road through the wilderness. Emergency evacuations have been taking place by plane in the Alaska wilderness for a long time. It is probably a much faster, safer way to evacuate people anyway. Give me a break.
