At a wedding recently someone said to me that he loved Sarah Palin because she called out Biden on dwelling on the past: "Say it ain't so Joe."  I just had to look at him and calmly say that if we don't study and understand history, we are doomed to repeat it.  He kind of cringed and said you have a point.

Jon Stewart on The Daily Show said it's kind of like going to the doctor and being diagnosed with lung cancer.  The doctor doesn't care to dwell on the past or the cause so he prescribes smoking a pack of cigarettes a day.

Can we at least stay logical and listen to each other?

Why did she ask that?  So she could use the moronic line "Say it ain't so, Joe".

It was all a clever setup, or what passes for one, in the minds of her handlers.

This all harkens back to Duuuhbya's cleverness  in calling Putin "pooty poot".  Or the brilliant use of "democrat" party, instead of democratic party in the lingo of the talking point right media.

Or the deft strategery of referring to Saddam as "sad dam", which meant shoeshine boy in Iraqi.

Never misunderestimate the effectiveness of wing nut word games!  Hehey.
