				<p><strong>What did they really opt for?</strong></p><p>If you search for related articles you will find that other elements of the Dutch government think off shore wind will be too expensive and there is no land for on shore wind. They don't really have a viable wind program and there is no proven carbon capture technology. The reality is that the Netherlands have decided that "hope is a plan".</p>
