				<p><strong>Good point, vakibs</strong></p><p>If we can find ways to reduce consumption by x % per year, we will have halved consumption in 70/x years. So a mere 3% reduction per year in physical throughput will half resource depletion/carbon buildup in 35 years.</p><p>
The exponential function going down could be our saviour.</p>
