The enron loophole is being pretty much ignored except by Barack and the congressional commitee.

My theory is that every media producer everywhere (except Olbermann's producers) have all their savings in hedge funds.

Could this be the case Kate?  

I DID predict no one with power or influence would want to kill the hedge funds that lay their own personal golden eggs.

But having ranted about un-free markets manipulated by unregulated insider hedge fund trading for the last 8 years and getting almost no response, maybe I am expecting too much?
