Keep in mind, Ms. Townsend, that you have the Liberty and free time to mouth off about the Navy BECAUSE our Armed Forces protect our country, AND your right to whine about anything, or nothing.

The American Military is by far the most scrutinized in the entire world.  To think for half a second that marine life would be in any sort of danger by the use of sonar equipment is naive.  I would be willing to bet that there are a variety of different ways the Navy uses to ensure the safety of our marine life.  I also could easily see an exhausted effort put forth to prove such safe guards are in effect.  Good luck with a law suit, facts will dictate the truth.  I hope the Navy can practice in the ocean with out disturbing the sea life.  Hey, if the boats don't notice, the planes will.  Hoah!
