Deluders Have A Lot of Oars in The Water

I guess its ok to cry "swift" boat once in a while, but now it's like every day!

I also notice a disturbing trend among climate Deluders -- if no one pays attention to them, they claim that someone is "out to get them".

Yeah, guys, most people are trying to get home from work...in their SUVs!!!

Swiftboats and Hansen

Some strange people still don't get it -- this world is over as is. When Global Warming takes over it will be too late (if it isn't already) to ditch the SUV and the internal combustion engine. All it takes is a few keystrokes on your computer to bring up pictures of arctic meltdown, glacier retreat, increasing drought, etc., and all of it worldwide, not just a local phenomenon. Is it a natural happening or a man-made occurrence? Who cares! All we can do is try to figure out some way to handle disaster.

if at first you don't succeed...

Hansen is the most visible face of climate-change science. His career and credentials are impeccable, so the only way those with a vested interest in continuing the status quo can try to bring him down is by throwing out one red herring after another. Even though none of them are legitimate, it is their hope that by associating Hansen's name with one made-up scandal after another, over a period of time, the public and lawmakers will eventually have a lower opinion of him, and so be less likely to listen to him. It's a good strategy. It's also dishonest.

This explains it
"So let me get this straight.

Soros funds a foundation.

That foundation gives $720,000 total to watchdog organizations, including $100,000 to GAP.

GAP offers $10,000 to Hansen, which he declines.

GAP also offer legal representation to Hansen,
which he accepts to the tune of one written letter.
One frickin' legal letter.

And somehow, people are jumping in condemning Hansen,
Rather than the guys who claim this shows that Soros bought Hansen for $720,000."

Stay with the Truth
Those who lie will pay the price; it is a universal law. Those who speak the truth will find peace.

James Hansen is a hero, and his place in the history of humanity is assured, as is the place of every truth-teller and those who try to get the truth out but are not in a strong enough position to do so safely.

Their position is infinitely better than those sad-sacks who are clinging to misbegotten positions of guarding the status quo, which will not be here in 20 years, and maybe not even in 5 years.
