				<p><strong>Dingell deserves more credit than he gets</strong></p><p>Yes, he could push harder on CAFE, but let's not lose sight of the fact that the provisions that the Commerce Committee (his committee) wrote into the House energy bill as subtitle E are the most ambitious reform of the electric sector in a long time. &nbsp;This may well prove to be his historic legacy - and in my opinion, superior to some of the more idealistic (but less realistic) initiatives that have come from Pelosi.</p>
