When one of the tenets of HR 2749 is that dogs and cats will not be allowed on farms (can't remember the exact wording but this is what it boils down to) that shows me this bill is NOT small producer friendly and that the ability for us to grow our own food or develop any buy local movement will be regulated into obscurity. Big ag will become the sole supplier of food and you know how healthy (and controlling of the people) that will be!
