				<p><strong>Should be mentioned<p>PG&amp;E is trying out a couple class 8 trucks that run on LNG.<p>
They get 400-450 mile range<br>
Cuts the CO2 by 15-20% compared to diesel<br>
Cuts the other emissions down to nill<br>
And it also cuts fuel cost of half that of petroleum. &nbsp;(Probably even less for a UK market)<p>

				<p><strong>London</strong></p><p>London is no longer 'notoriously smoggy' and hasn't been for about 30 years. It was already one of the least polluted big cities in the world.</p><p>
Ambulances and buses will not be charged, they are all modern and meet emission guidlines. Large hauliers are all equipped to EU emissions standards. The only people this will effect will be struggling small businesses with older vehicles.</p>
