Energy Bill

You comment that Barack Obama probably voted for the Energy Bill to support the use of the Illinois corn crop for an "alternative" fuel, well, never mind, on a news segment a couple of days ago I saw that the corn crop is dry and stunted from draught--no doubt due to global warming.

Is Our Democrats Learning?

Regarding the drought-shrunken corn in Illinois - don't cry for the farmers - they will get both higher prices due to low yields, and deficiency payments from the government to make up the difference. They will be back overproducing again next year. Meanwhile, the criminally ridiculous "Energy Bill" will guarantee that ADM will profit no matter what the yield is.
