We are talking about average global temperature. &nbsp;So, of course it can be cold in Somalia and hot in Brazila day to day.</p><p>
However, average global temperature has remained relatively steady the last 7 years after the big "hockey stick" spike.</p><p>
And it's still 2-3 degrees F lower than the highs recorded by the Andrill studies.<br>
