				<p><strong>Proceed and veto...</strong></p><p>...it may have enough to proceed, but will it get enough to override a presidential veto?</p><p>
'Cause if it can't (and it most likely won't), then it might be better to wait awhile and strengthen the bill in hopes that eco-friendly Dems will gain more seats in Congress and maybe the presidency.</p>
