Higher gas prices are hitting our farmer's markets hard -- farmers are having a hard time affording the drive up from Southern California.  And the city is looking at ways to save Gilcrease Orchard since the trust holding the orchard recently had to sell off several acres.  The rural community that once thrived here is disappearing under a blanket of sprawl and neighborhood casinos.
