				<p><strong>Actually...</strong></p><p>Chambliss (R-GA) hasn't been declared the winner yet. &nbsp;He failed to crack 50% of the vote in a three-way race, so under Georgia law, the two frontrunners go on to a special election on Dec. 2nd. &nbsp;Reports are pointing to campaign volunteers already booking flights down to Georgia; Dems are hoping they can capture the seat during the runoff.</p>
