Chambliss (R-GA) hasn't been declared the winner yet.  He failed to crack 50% of the vote in a three-way race, so under Georgia law, the two frontrunners go on to a special election on Dec. 2nd.  Reports are pointing to campaign volunteers already booking flights down to Georgia; Dems are hoping they can capture the seat during the runoff.
