				<p><strong>Thanks for this!</strong></p><p>This is a great interview. &nbsp;People really need more exposure to these kinds of systematic ideas and approaches, because it's too easy to convince oneself that being right is the most important thing, and if we just keep being right, we will convince people someday (and yes, I'm totally guilty myself).</p>
