				<p><strong>replanting roo?</strong></p><p>i'm assuming that all that bad air quality is coming from a dust bowl effect. wouldn't it be cool if they took all of the wastewater and turned it into fertlizer to restore the grounds to oxygen producing lands again? &nbsp;</p><p>
talk about a way to offset the CO2 for the event that would (in my mind at least) be a better investment than some of the so-called credits on the market...from what i hear, its possible with a bit of ingenuity...</p><p>
