				<p><strong>move truck freight to trains</strong></p><p>France plans to stop making &nbsp;new highways and to &nbsp;transfer the &nbsp;freight traffic from highways to &nbsp;rail. It seems a great &nbsp;idea. We'll still &nbsp;need some trucks to &nbsp;go to places that &nbsp;trains cannot &nbsp;reach &nbsp;(yet). Containers can travel &nbsp;by &nbsp;truck and by &nbsp;truck. We can put &nbsp;the who truck trailer on trains too.</p><p>
Switzerland does not &nbsp;allow trucks across the country. All trucks are loaded on freight &nbsp;trains. It seemed crazy first, but &nbsp;it &nbsp;works. </p><p>
And the truck drivers' jobs ? We have to &nbsp;respect &nbsp;that too. Give those people free training and &nbsp;priority &nbsp;for all the &nbsp;position that &nbsp;will be created. Compensate those &nbsp;close to retirement.</p>
