				<p><strong>They're going bankrupt. <p>There are several projects here in town where land was purchased, lots were planned and infrastructure bonds purchased. There they sit now as empty lots with sidewalks and new asphalt in front, all the utility stub-outs popping up from the dirt. <p>
They can't get the construction loans to complete the projects and if they could they wouldn't be able to find buyers at a price that would pay off the land loan. <p>
The weird thing; they are still trying to get spaces on the edge of town rezoned from agricultural to residential/commercial. Somebody's not paying attention.
