				<p>Long story short, Cuba thinks it has found a giant oil field on the Cuban Banks.&nbsp; They are going to develop oil fields right off Florida.&nbsp; I don't know if it's within 150 miles but it's going to be huge, because the Norwegian explorers and Chinese builders are already on it, to the tune a billions of dollars of commitments.&nbsp; Put that in the context of what you said, plus the fact that the US still has a trade embargo with Cuba, we have an interesting situation.&nbsp; The danger is there, even from an exploratory rig.&nbsp; You take it from here.</p>
