KFC

Yes, Colonel Sanders is indeed a heartless old honky.

But the vengeance exacted by Chicken Pimp is, umm, a bit too biblical for sensitive souls such as myself.

Chickens are our cousins! So are fish! So are other sentient animals! Let us learn to be kind.

"How Could You Lie?!"

Indeed. Meat-eaters are very used to lying, to themselves and others.

As for that beautiful little chick in the opening shots, I am not sure young birds are quite so sensitive to witnessing the death of their elders, as are young mammals. But I could be wrong. Underestimating the intelligence and sensitivity of birds is a common mistake.

Unfortunately, I can imagine this video playing as a great joke, in lots of clubs, with few spectators being moved to rethink their meat-eating habits.

Who Reads Yesterday's Papers?

I went to a Moby concert at the Paramount in downtown Seattle a couple of years ago...good music, but the crowd seemed like last decade's Candy Ravers...now balder, greyer and droopier. But hey, why not party like it's the Burning Man festival of 1996?
