An end to corporate welfare for fossil, nuclear, and fuel farmed energy.  the proceeds to be distributed directly to investors who generate GHG-free kwhs from their own rooftop solar, farm biogas, and wind machines.

And those who invest in energy conservation.  The simple anti-dote to confusion and corruption.
