Why is mandating differently colored food good for the environment?  I get the other stuff, but one seems a bit off.

"Robinson has been unsuccessful in banning bottled water at the convention center."
Why? It worked at Rothbury

And caterers are balking at at "least three of the following five colors: red, green, yellow, blue/purple and white." Easy! Have you been to your local farmer's market lately? I found purple potatoes last week not to mention a rainbow of other color foods!!!
