there should be a second part to that paragraph...the part about the gov to not pay for green energy in subsidies but tax the black energy how they should be taxed. and that tax $$$ goes (in part) to research. green energy doesnt need a handout that makes them dependent, green energy needs a level playing field based on complete accounting.
