Sustainibility

I personally enjoy Mom's Best Naturals (in many flavors). It's not organic, but all of the energy to run the plant comes from wind.

Heritage Bites

If you had tried Heritage Bites by Nature's Path, you would agree that they are the best! Kinda sweet, medium crunchy, with 5 grams if dietary fiber and just 110 cals per serving.

Nature's Path Mesa Sunrise is the best!

Mesa Sunrise is organic corn, flax and amanranth, GMO-free and very slightly sweet. I like Tim don't like very heavily sweetened cereals and it comes in a bulk bag, no box. I would say that saves money and the environment at the same time.

PS. The Organic Consumers Association is calling for a boycott on all of Kellogg's cereals due to their planned use of GMO sugar when it becomes available. They also own Kashi, so I wouldn't consume any Kashi products until they commit to no GMO sugar.

Nature's Path

I like Nature's Path Heritage Flakes and their Golden Flax, but I don't eat any cereals alone...I mix them together, sometimes add fruit, especially banana but also berries if I have them, pour on Vitasoy soy milk, and I'm all set.
