Mea culpa: I just ordered the Library of America volume of writings by John Muir, from a used book dealer in Massachusetts who advertises at Amazon.com.  If I could not have got it within that relatively short distance, I would have ordered it new from the bookstore at the corner, whom I prefer to patronize, in which case the volume would likely be originating from a warehouse somewhere in the NYC vicinity.

Chickens are our cousins! So are other sensitive animals! Enough is enough! No more factory farms!
